Our History
Dr. Gary Myerson opened Arthritis and Rheumatology of Georgia (ARG) in 1982. Dr. Paul Sutej joined the practice in 2005, after serving as a member of the faculty at Wake Forest University for several years. Cashelle Rose, PA-C, joined ARG in 2011 after completing her studies at Emory University. Ms. Rose partners with Dr. Paul Sutej in the care of their patients. Dr. Paula Tanasa joined Arthritis and Rheumatology of Georgia in 2016 after completing her Fellowship in Rheumatology at Emory University Hospitals. Chloe Jackson, PA-C, completed her studies at Mercer University and joined ARG in 2019. Ms. Jackson partners with Dr. Gary Myerson in the care of their patients. Dr. Nandini Setia, will be joining Arthritis and Rheumatology of Georgia in September 2020.
As part of the continuity of care, Arthritis and Rheumatology of Georgia offers an in-house Infusion Suite, that is staffed with experienced registered nurses. Bone densitometry (DXA), joint injections, musculoskeletal ultrasounds and on-site laboratory services through Quest Diagnostics are available in our office. Additionally ARG participates in numerous research studies that focus on a wide spectrum of rheumatology-related concerns.
Our friendly and knowledgeable Patient Services Representatives can assist you with scheduling appointments and supporting your administrative questions. Our Prior Authorization staff assist with benefit verification services, submitting care plans, and working with pharmaceutical benefit programs that cover services offered by ARG. Our financial team, likewise, strives to provide you with appropriate insights into your healthcare choices and costs. As part of our commitment to serving the needs of our patients, we have a Certified Spanish/ English Medical interpreter as part of our practice.
