However, it is the responsibility of our patients’ to ensure that you have checked and validated that your insurance is accepted by our office prior to time of your office visit. This will help reduce any billing questions or concerns that you may have during later appointments.
You may also provide your insurance provider with our Tax ID# 203926179, as an additional means of verifying that we are listed with your insurance.
