We understand that extenuating circumstances may occur that require our patients to re-schedule their upcoming office visit or infusion appointment. We ask that each patient confirm their appointment with our office 48-72 hours in advance of the scheduled day. Due to our increasing number of wait list clients, we must have a confirmation from our existing patients 48 hrs prior to your upcoming appointment. If you are not able to confirm your appointment, we will begin notifying you that we have cancelled your appointment and you may call to re-schedule. Patients that cancel the day of an appointment, will be given a one time pass of the new cancellation fee. Any patient cancelling twice without notice, will be assessed a $50.00 cancellation fee, and not allowed to re-schedule without approval from the physician. Again, we understand the rare circumstances and will make every effort to accommodate our patients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, and we are not able to adjust your appointment time on that day, we may have to re-schedule your office visit. Patients scheduling with Dr Myerson, please confirm your appointment but also call the day of your scheduled appointment to inquire what your arrival time should be at the office. We are working to reduce any waiting time for you while at the office. Infusion patients must also confirm your appointments 48 hrs prior to your appointment. If you arrive 15-20 minutes late for your scheduled infusion time, and the infusion staff is not able to accomodate your infusion, you will be ask to re-schedule.
